A consid�rable number of F�oper�y owners in the vicinity of the Intersection of Trur�k <br />Highway 36 and Virtoria Avenue have petitior�ed the Vi Ilage to take the necessary <br />action to oppose the cQnstruction oF an overpass of Victaric� Avenue and Highway <br />3fi. Attached to this report is a letter from the Village Mc�nager to t�e Village <br />Counci I o��tlining some of the �onsiderations involved and th� p�sitions of various <br />parties affected. Mr. Turnlc,nd notes in his (ast paragraph that consu�tation with <br />Rar�sey County and the Village of Shoreview immediately affected to the north <br />would be in ord�r prior to making cany decision. We concur in this conclusion <br />� and suggest that a meeting 6e held with representatives of Ramsey County <br />ond the Vi I lage of Shor�evi ew so as to ascertoi n thei r posi' n and arguments f�ar <br />or against the overpass. <br />2. Followinc� such consultation and discussions with the I-iighway Department, we <br />would be happy to prepare further analy�ses as it affecfis the Village of Roseville. <br />� <br />
