<br />giving his reasons therefor If the ENGINEER considers the Project
<br />substantial7y comp�ete, he wi�l prepare and deliver to the OWNER a
<br />tentative certificate of Substantial Completion which shall fix the
<br />date of Substantial Completion anci the responsibil�ties between the
<br />OWNER and the CONTRNCTOR for main�enance, heat, utilities and insurance�
<br />There shall be attached to the cert�ficate a tentative list of items
<br />to be completed o►, corrected beforP final paymer�t, and the certificate
<br />shall fix t.he time within which su�h items shall be completed or
<br />corrected. �he OI�NER sha11 have seven days after receipt of the tenta-
<br />tive certificate during which he may m�ke written objection to the
<br />ENGINEER as to any provisions of the certificate or attach�d lisi,
<br />If, after considering such objeci�c�ns, the ENGINEER concludes that
<br />the P.raject is not substantial�y con�plete, he may notify the CONTRACTaR
<br />in writing, stating his reasons therefor If, after said sev�en days
<br />and after cons�deration af the OWNER'S objeciions, �the ENGINEER
<br />considers the ProjQct substantially complete, he will exec�te and
<br />deliver to the OWNER and the CONTRACTOR a�efinite certificate of
<br />Substantia� Completian (with a reuised t�nt�iide list mf items to be
<br />completed or �or�-ected) reflectinc� suci� changes from the tentat�ve
<br />certificate as he believes justified after consi�ie ration ofi any
<br />objections rron� the OWNER.
