Mark Matlzews from Group W, was in with Terry Shuster a <br />new Executive Director of Group W headquartered in Roseville. <br />Jim Daniels, previous director has resigned. A1ark and Terry were <br />here to discuss unfinislied development at tlieir Owasso School site <br />wllich was agreed upon at the time of the issuance of their special <br />use permit subject to staff review. We discussed the land scaping <br />tltat is proposed pointing out our greatest area of concern is <br />for the single family residence contiguous to the property to the <br />west. �Je also discussed tlie paxking plan wllich is currently not <br />functioning in accordance wit}1 their proposed design. Tliey know <br />that they liave an immediatc need for additional parking, but that <br />when t}ieir basic installationsaTkinc�needsewillSUemreduced.Ue►Ven <br />the fall of 1985, tllat t}ieir p b <br />suggested tlley prepare a larger scale drawing indicating tl�e park- <br />ing as they propose it, which we will review and determine if it <br />is different enougli so as to require any additional processing by <br />the Planning Commission or Co vncarkin`Vea}reaei�nrthe�grassy�ageatto <br />that they do not develop a ne p g <br />the nortti-east of tlie structure. IVe suggested tliat duplex zoning would be more appropriate <br />in as much as there are single family homes immedi�tely to the <br />Nortll. The Arcliitect had prepared some nice duplex plans ivhicli <br />will fit �vell on the site witll the road-way goin� up to the high- <br />land be}iind.
