The sign would be a <br />permanent structure with a changeable face for upcoming theater <br />productions, public programs, etc. We advised him of the Cade <br />requirements relating to sign size and location. H� will ret�rn <br />w�en he has a detailed design to review. <br />2. Cli�f Schlen�Cer, Rose Carbe�xra�tor (646-774a) <br />Mr� Schlenker owns and operates �the carbeurator shop on Fernwood <br />Avenue j��t north aF Larp�nt�ur. There is a� 50' wide access <br />easement running acroes th� north �nd oi his property giving $cce�s <br />� from FQrnWoos� to the ad�acent proper�y to th� wQst. In 1978, Mr. <br />Schlenker �ppli�d for a veriance to the p�rking setback �t the rear <br />�r�orth, of his propert� ir� ord�x� to put in additional parking and <br />landscapir�g. The par�ing �paces involv�d in �kh� Wariance violated <br />the access easemQnt. He was granted approval for the pl�n on the <br />condition that h� obtain agr�emont from his neighbor to r�duce th� <br />50' e�seaaer�t to 24' . Ne did not go ahead with t�►e plan, but <br />reapplied in 1984 sinc� �.h� v�riance approval had �expired. <br />� <br />He has s3nce put in �he g�arking �nd l�ndscaping and his n�ighbo� <br />compl�ins that tiaere arc� car•s oftEn �arked in th� Qasc�ment. W@ <br />3.nformed him that since it is a priv��� easem�nt h� will hava to <br />se�ttle th�� privately with his naic�hbor. <br />There hav� also been complaints from the niehgbar and fram <br />apar�ment neighbor�s to tha north about U-t��►ul trucks parked �long <br />the raar lot line.
