The addition will be on the south side of the existin <br />building utilizing a portion of the old Reilly Tire s�te which is <br />to be acquired for the project. The architect's rendering they had <br />of the proposed project is very handsome, but did not address a <br />number of issues. <br />First, with the additional �roperty and building addition, there <br />will be additional right-of way dQdication required on �airview <br />Avenue. The site plan failed to take this into account <br />parking and landscaping in the required ri ht-o�-wa � putting <br />a.rea ratio for the e�tire project exceeds the Code requir mentf lbut <br />a variance may be reasonable on this issu�, allowing the F.A.R. to <br />be figured on the new addition and property alone. i�he overh�ad <br />dooxs on the building did not appear to be a�equateiy screened, anci <br />the number of parking sp�ces siaown fs well b�low what a�ight b� <br />requireci (30 sho�n vs. 75 needed) .
