r
ROSEVILLE OFFICE HOII12S 4/10/91
2
wide easement along the eastern ro ert 1' rr
be on the edge of the open space sou h of etheT ponding a ea and
would not affect an y b i l d i n g s o r neig h boring homes. ,
Mr. Stutz also discussed the desig: of Lovell Avenue as it would
be constructed near the eastern property line connecting into
existing NSinnesota Avenue. Since Minnesota Avenue is one-way
westbound all along the southern boundaryof the property (due to
MnDOT access control) and since some neighbors were concerned about
traffic on Minnesota, he assumed here would be right turns only
allowed onto Minnesota. Such a pattern might have implications for
the design of the roadway on Lovell Avenue, allowing more bouevard
buffer to the Temple property. Sinee Minnesota is a collector
street designed to pick up traffic from a larger area, it is the
feling of Staff that reasonable traffic movement in the area
requires both right and left turns from new Lovell Avenue out onto
Miranesota. We believe we can get the necessay approval from MnDOT
for this type of access.
Mr. Stutz will be back with revised drawings next week in order to
be considered at the May Planning Commission meeting.
