0
ROSEVILLE PLANNING OFFICE H017RS
November 27•
11/20/91
1• John Duffy, Carol Felsing, Dale Hall
Calibre Ridge Partnership
a
We reviewed some details and minor changes to the Calibre Ridge
plans, before the project goes to the City Council for final
approval. We discussed and agreed to the following:
1) NSP is preparing a photometric plan for the lighting.
It should be ready within a few days.
2) The existing sewer is scheduled for TV inspection this
week or next. The results of this inspection are critical to
determining if the pipe can withstand the additional fill
being proposed on site.
3) Sewer easement legal descriptions are ready.
4) The fire hydrant in the NW corner of the project is not
• shown as part of a public easement. Mr. Duffy assumed the
City would own and maintain the fire hydrants, Karl Keel
assumed not. Karl will discuss this with the Public Works
Director to see if the City will accept ownership and the
appropriate easements.

5) Building No. 3 will have an additional 1' jog in the
footprint.
6) Details of the dormers and roof design will be changed
slightly on some of the buildings, but still in keeping with
the concept presented.
7) The chimney chases will be moved down slightly from the
peaks of the roofs.
8) Air conditioner shrouds will be located on all rear
elevations and will be architecturally designed and compatible
with the structures.
9) Electric meters will be placed on the outside next to the
garage doors, in an architecturally-designed recess. Gas
meters will placed in the entry patios.
10) Entry sidewalks will be 4' wide, not 5'.
