Dale Meier, 636-6469 <br />Mr. Meier was in because he is interested in building an <br />accessory structure on his lot. He was concerned that he might <br />exceed the standards for percentage of lot covered by building. <br />As it turned out after we reviewed his preliminary ptans, he has <br />more than sufficient land on his lot to allow them to build the <br />accessory structure that he intends to build. We explained the <br />buil�ing permitting �rocess and introduced him �o the inspection <br />department. He will proceed with that advice. <br />6. Todd Stolz, Rott�und Companie� <br />This was one of a series af ineetings to review and discu�s the <br />plans for the development of the Concordia property. The <br />discussion focused primarily on the revisions that they had mad� <br />in response to �taff direction at prEvious meetings and resulted <br />in yet a few more refinements �o the plans that were being <br />developed on the site.
