Given all of <br />this background, we told Mr. Krautbauer that the quickest way to <br />handle it would be to simply apply for a lot division to change • <br />the line so that it corresponded to the actual size of the garage <br />and, therefore, the zoning of the residential portion would <br />include all of the residential property. He said that he was <br />going to continue to try and find a way to finance the project <br />without doing so, but if needed to, he would proceed with the lot <br />split. <br />3. Joe Linton - 483-4445 <br />Joe Linton represents the Wonderful Muffler Man Shop located on <br />the west side of Rice Street immediately south of South Owasso <br />Boulevard. Mr. Linton had recently gained approval of a special <br />use permit to expand the business in this location. He explained <br />that his architect had grossly underestimated the costs for these <br />improvements and was inquiring as to which changes in the <br />proposed plafls would give him an opportunity to reduce some of <br />his costs. We explained that there could be some things that he <br />could do inside the building that might reduce the costs that <br />would not affect a special use permit, but any change to the <br />proposed site plan would require an amendment to the special use <br />permit. <br />4. Todd Stutz - Rottlund Homes <br />Steve Sarkozy, Craig Walaron, Rick Jopke and myself all me� with <br />Nir. Stutz and explained to tiim the status of th�e City�s housing <br />study. We reiterated all of the desigr� concerns that had been <br />previousl� conv�yed to the site planner that Rottlund had <br />retained.
