Our . <br />records and the review of the count�r section map and pl�t maps <br />indicated that it had closer to 90 feet of frontage. <br />In addition to the concerns related to the width of the site, we <br />also informed her that because Owasso Boulevard South curves and <br />proceeds due south, opposite the Fenner property, the parcel does <br />not have sufficient access on a public street to allow it to be <br />split. As you will recall from previous memos, all of the lots <br />that proceed easterly from the Fenner lot gain access off of a <br />driveway that appears to rest on railroad right-of-way. None of <br />these homes would appear to have sufficient legal access on a <br />public street. <br />This is a condition that we probably should address as w� look at <br />the Comprehensive Plan Update. There �re a couple of these home <br />sites located to the extreme eastern po�tion of this point of <br />land �hat have very, very minimal lot d�pths and the futur� <br />disposition of thes� properties should be reviowed in thQ City's <br />policy documents, <br />Q.
