Roy Strubel (292-6424) <br />Mr. Strubel has been in on a number of occasions to discuss a <br />potential lot split for his property that is located on McCarron <br />Boulevard. The property has sufficient area to allow the <br />creation of four lots, but the shape and configuration of the <br />property makes it very diFficult to do this efficiently. <br />In the <br />past, we have directed Mr. Strubel to meet with the �roperty <br />owner to the north and west to see what that owner's time <br />sched�le is for the development o� their property. T�eally, the <br />northwest portion of Mr. Strubel's property should be develop�d <br />via access from that adjacent property. fie now informs us �hat <br />the property owner to the northwest is not interest�c� in <br />developing in the near futur�, and £rankly, not very int�r�sted <br />in talking with him.
