The approval of the plans, as currently <br />proposed, would require the approval of a variance. We provided <br />Mr. Bergman with a copy of the minor variance application, <br />identify the adjacent property owners that would need to be <br />contacted, instructed him as to the procedures for getting the <br />necessary signatures on the proposed plan, and informed him of <br />the minor variance procedures. <br />
