Shearen (483-1234) <br />Dale Shearen owned a lot in the n�ortheas°t q�adrant of Dale Street <br />and Transit Avenue. Mr. Shearen had purchased � lat which had <br />been approved for a lot split. One of the �onditions for the lot <br />split was that the existing house and existing qarage on the <br />property be r�emoved. He was in to discuss whether or not h�e <br />could split the lot and sell the new l.ot to be created, wi�hout <br />removing the exxsting hcause. Ir� our disc�ssion, we learned that <br />the house was located immediat�ly adjacent to the right-of-way to <br />Dale S�rQet. We explained to Mr. Shearen that hie hQus� �was <br />grandfathered �snd that as lang as he kept the lot in its Gurr�nt <br />configurat.ion, he could continue to occupy �nd upgracte that <br />dwelling unit. �Cowever, if he wanted to facil�tate the lat �p1it <br />as ap�rovec�, it wauld be necessary to remave the house and garage <br />�s the candit3on of approval dictated. <br />2. Mr. Bode wa�s in �o pre��nt the plans <br />For the ins�all�dtion of �emporary �acilities to clean up the <br />con�amination at the B-�al� Am4co �it�. The cl�an up strategy <br />includes aeratian wells and �he ins�tallation oF a temporary <br />building. The temporary build3ng will be loca�ed behind the B- <br />Dale Amoco sta�ion and behind the garages �rom the adj�cent <br />apartment buildings.
