The <br />interim use ordinance would give the City the oppor�ux�ity to <br />place cortditi�ons on the appr�oual and t� have an agreed upon date <br />and an enforceable agreem�nt to r�move the struct�ar�� and <br />temporary improvements from the site when th� cl�an up is <br />completed. <br />� <br />� <br />
