His interest <br />was in redeveloping the site into roughly 9,000 square feet of <br />office space, 20 units of hotel, and a sit down restaurant, <br />similar to a Perkins. This structure was �uilt in 1950 and while <br />it has existed as a hotel in a non-conforming condition since <br />that time, the office uses are <br />district and the hotel/motel Woula itted within the Business <br />special use probably have to have a <br />permit in order to be redeveloped at this time. The <br />structure and the land is within the Twin Lakes redevelopment <br />area and does conform generally to the rAdevelopment plan that <br />h:�s been prepared for that area. �everal �f the issues that were <br />discussed with Mr. Nelson related to the structure and <br />development, as it stands today, were landscaping of the whole <br />site, setbacks of the structure and <br />the uses that are bein Parking, parking related to <br />g proposed, potential for additional right- <br />of-way to be taken along both County Roa3s C and Fairview Avenue <br />similar to adjacent properties.
