She explained <br />that she has the basic consent of the owner to subdivide but <br />there are some questions related to drainage in that area, legal <br />access, frontage on public streets, and several other issues <br />related to ownership and easements that need to be addressed <br />before it is clearly understood if subdivision is possible off of <br />Milton Avenue. The potential does exist for the subdivision of <br />the property by taking a 30 foot frontage off of County Road B <br />and subdividing the back of the lot. Karl Keel is going to check <br />on ownership and easements and the possibility of the need for <br />more storm storage in what appears to be a depression on the <br />piece of property that Lori is looking to subdivide and he will <br />report back to her by the end of the week. <br />C� <br />C� <br />� <br />
