C <br />E <br />Mr. Adams wants to split off a single family lot from his mother's <br />property at County Road C and Dale, ncrth of Central Park. There <br />is sufficient property to create a lot of adequate size, but the <br />terrain is steep and falls off to the wetland area to the south. <br />The challenge will be to create enough buildable area within the <br />setbacks, both from County Road C and from the wetland. <br />The lot split should be able to meet all the City standards. �lr. <br />Adams' brother also split off a lot from the same larger parcel <br />earlier in the year, further to the west. <br />4. Kevin Von Reidle, Heritage Development Co„ <br />Mr. Von Reiale prepared a further refinement to the site plans he <br />is proposing for the Bussey property, to build medium density <br />townhouses. The p1an, although simple, incorporated many of the <br />ideas we had suggested earlier. We suggested he bring the plan tor <br />PUD Sketch Concept review with the Planning Commission meeting on <br />January 15. <br />December 25 & Januarv 1: <br />No planning office hours weze held on the two holidays since they <br />fell on Wednesdays this year. The staff did meet briefly on <br />Tuesday, December 24, and again by phone on December 30, to discuss <br />the status of planning items. We do not expect any planning files, <br />other than the Heritage sketch plan review, on the January 15 <br />Planning Commission agenda. There will be other business items, <br />however. <br />
