He had <br />investigated this and found that the northwest area was not <br />sufficient for their needs and would have sacrificed some large <br />trees. He was back to discuss the new lot proposal on the east <br />side of the building. We agreed that the new lot could work <br />provid�ed that drainage and screening was ade ' <br />quately add�essed. <br />� <br />
