A portion of their existing driveway is <br />contiguous to their south property line. They propose to <br />build a new garage, replacing the one they have, which would <br />conform to the required setbacks (five feet from the south <br />property line). <br />In answer to an inquiry, we noted although partions of t�he <br />driveway ar� not conforming, the garage can be replaced <br />without variance. <br />6.
