Investment Advisors to a pension group officing in Boston, Massachu- setts. Stephen Roger, from the inve�tment advisors' firm, was with Kate to visit the staff regarding the potential impact of road changes on properties they propose to pur- chase f rom Don Roberts in Roseville. They are in tile pro- cess of purchasing ten buildings on seven sites, one of which is the affice warehouse structure on the south side of Terrace Drive. This gension trust represented by Aldrich, Eastman, and Waltch, Inc. also has investment� in Roseville in mortgages on Pavilion Place, and possibly with the Rose- wood Corporation and Woodbridge's Centerpointe. I reviewed with Mr. Roger the backgrounci to Roseville's unique strategic position, its cur�ent developtnent pola.ces, and its desire to improve acc�ss to facilitate redevelopment of its older indu�trial areas, many of which hav� be�� use�d far the transportation industry. Utilizing our air photos and sec�tion maps, we looked at the possible impact of extending the roadway north of Midway Fard westerly to the end of Te�rac� Drive, and possibly to the south where there is an existing fifty or sixty foot easement for common � acc�ss purposes between these properties. Mr. Roger wanted to be confident that such possible extensions would not impair the value of their land.
