This property is owned by the Tempte people, <br />and is currently being used to park trucks from the Springer <br />organization. <br />He inquired as to whether or not there may be a possibility of <br />parking these trucks temporarily behind the Mr. Print <br />building, if that would result in the redevelopment of �he <br />Tempte property. We suggested that this might be a <br />possibility if the Tempte property is �n attr�ctive develop- <br />ment proposal. You will recall that tt�e St. Paul and <br />Suburban Bus Company parkec3 their buses behind the Mr. Print <br />building for a period of two years. It is important to <br />achi�ve a quality redevelopment of the Tempte site, as much as <br />it forms the gateway to the Long Lake Road area to the sauth <br />tto the new bridge site and redevelopment a��a>. <br />� 13.
