Jerry Ryhlander had conferred with Paul <br />iCi.rkwold, Ramsey County Traffic Engineer, and agreed upon the <br />appr�opriate access points �o County Road C. Kirkwold <br />informed him that County Road C would be improveci this year <br />with a median strip easterly from the service road to the <br />intersection with Snelling �v�nue, Meetings with MnDOT <br />confirm that they propos� to revert th� right-af-way acquir�d <br />far the �interchang� back to priva�e parties �Mar�� Slawik on <br />the west, and 8i11 Fine on th� east). �h�es� transfers o£ <br />title m�y oecur by �the �nd of the year.
