Thus, there <br />would be no direct driveways to County Road C. The building <br />would b� constructed of brick, as previously agreed upon, <br />although they noted that will cost $200,000 extra. They <br />propo�e to build the public streets to the west and ea�t of <br />their site to th�ir north boundary at their expense. This <br />would be done immediately, according to the City's <br />specifica�.ions.
