We noted that the land is <br />zoned single family, and that the cabinet shop in the garage <br />is not a permitted home occupation. We strongly advised <br />against any attempt to rezone the land for such commercial <br />purposes. We suggested the land could be readily developed <br />with single family lots fronting on St. Albans, an existing <br />north/south street contiguous to the east side of the <br />�ropertyv Mr. Linder noted his disinterest in developing <br />the land, apparently desiring instead to merely live there <br />as is. He noted that his fzcher wishes to sell out and <br />retire. We suggested that as the area develops, there will <br />come an appropriate time to develop this property in some <br />manner similar to that which was suggested. <br />
