The first is "Sam's Wholesale Club", owned by <br />the Wal-Mart Stores, the owner of which is reported to be the <br />richest man in America. Some dealers feel tha� Wal-Mar�s <br />have now abandoned the Twin City area, and are looking <br />elsewhere. The second one is "Price Savers", awned by Pay <br />and Save Corporatior�, purchased by Kroger. The third one is <br />"Pace", which is similar to Price Savers, inasmuch as they <br />emphasize more retail sales through group membership. "Cost- <br />co"' is 3 publicly h�lci corporation out of Sea�tle.
