� <br />• <br />Office Hours <br />March 26, 1986 <br />2 • March 27 1986 <br />v <br />3. Yorkton Ltd., 641-5603 <br />Mr. Jeff Iisakka attended this meeting, representing <br />Yorkton, Ltd. Yorkton had previously prepared a concept <br />Planned Unit Development drawing which proposed a day� care <br />center, a professional office building, and two seventy-eight <br />unit Senior Citizen's buildings. <br />Craig Waldron asked Yorkton to come in for the meeting to <br />inquire about the status of their plans, and to consider the <br />possibility of including this development in one of the tax <br />increment districts. <br />Mr. Iisakka indicated that the day care center was proceeding <br />more rapidly than the remainder of the development, and that <br />the estimated value of the building was apprc�ximately <br />$700,OOO.QQ. He also stated that one of the seventy-eight <br />unit Seniors buildings was in the planning process, and there <br />were potential investors involved in considering the <br />potential for that project. <br />Mr. Waldron asked that Mr. Iisakka go back and talk to his <br />boss, Mr. Lee, to inform him of the potential for including <br />this praject in the tax increment finance district. The <br />publ�c improvements which were discussed as poteritial for <br />City participation were the extension of Grandview Avenue and <br />the pos�ibilit�r of some soil correction. <br />4. Duane Albrecht, <br />Gordie Heseth <br />come back in <br />because he has <br />his existing <br />Gordie had red <br />to com� in and <br />Albrecht Landscaping, 633-4510 <br />had informed Mr. Albrecht that he had better <br />to talk with staff at an Office Hour meeting, <br />been constructing a second story addition on <br />structure without a permit. This morning, <br />tagged the construction, and told Mr. Albrecht <br />discuss this situation. <br />We rev�.ewed the history of Mr. Albrecht's development on the <br />property, the conditions of his original rezoning, and a <br />number of code violations which had never been satisfactorily <br />re�olv�d on the subject property. <br />At the conclusior� of the meeting, it was clear to Mr. <br />Albre�ht that before he does any additional work on that <br />property he will need to submit a revised plan to the City <br />for approval, Gordie Heseth also requested that Mr. Albrecht <br />provide hir� wi�h a set of the plans he is building from, so <br />that h� can camment on code requirements. Mr. Albr�cht said <br />that he would be in attendance at next Wednesday's meeting <br />with a revised site plan. <br />5.
