In effect, this renders this <br />property unusable until the expiration of the franchise which <br />is approximately ten years. Thus, it would a <br />provisions for developing that land in the near future tare <br />unrealistic. <br />Mr. Dunwell proposes to file the application with the <br />appropriate documents in time for the January meeting of the <br />Planning Commission.
