They are a1�� constructing a <br />Hampton Inn in Mendota Heights. <br />They are looking seriously for a sit� in �Roseville, and have <br />examined care�ully the possibli�y of the Ruan site at the <br />� southeast corner ot Long Lake Road and County Road C, They <br />are keen to have a restaurant next daor, as is the policy <br />with Hampton Inns. They note that their occupancy is eighty <br />to eighty-five p�z�cent. F'orty-five percent comes via the <br />Holiday Inn reservation system, of which they are a part. <br />
