This is an area of very large residential lots, with <br />extensive tree growth. We discussed the possible way in <br />which a second home site could be provided on the site with, <br />perhaps forty feet o£ frontage for the easterly portion of <br />the sit� (for the existing house), and mor� than adequate <br />frontage for a proposed house, and suggested a <br />drawings could be I�P�'opriat� <br />prepared, and submitted as a preliminary <br />plat, inasmuch as the existing properties are metes and <br />bounds properties. <br />� 8. Zaun, 48�--8755 <br />Mary Zaun lives at 3�116 west Owasso Boulevarcl on the w�st <br />side of the lake, on the east side of Owasso Boulevard, a <br />short distanc� s4uth oi the north City limits.
