Glass, prefinished metal, fiberglass or similar materials or <br />courten steel (other than unpainted, galvanized iron). <br />e. Stucco and or other cementation coating applied in a <br />manner so as to create a harmonious design in <br />conjunction with other materials. <br />f. Factory fabricated and finished metal framed panel <br />• construction, if the panet materials are any of those <br />noted above, or similar as determined by the Council. <br />g. The Council may wish to consider other new materials <br />for approval to be equal to or better than the materials <br />listed herein. <br />2. All subsequent addition, exterior alterations, and accessory <br />buildings constructed after the erection of an original building or <br />buildings shall be of the same as those used in the original <br />building and shal! be designed in a manner conforming to the <br />original architectural concept and general appearance. These <br />provisions shall not prevent the upgrading of the quality af <br />maCerials used in a remodeling or expansion program. <br />3. Five (5) percent of the surface area of land within a parking <br />area shall be landscaped with grass, shrubbery, trees, and/or <br />other approved ground cover. <br />4, The periphery of parking areas and drives shall be constructed <br />with poured-in-place concrete curbing. <br />5. Garages, accessory structures, screened walts, and exposed areas <br />of retainii��y walls should be of a similar type, quality, and <br />appearance of the principle structure. These provisions shall not <br />prevent the upgrading of the quality of materials used in a <br />remodeling or expansion program. <br />6. Rooftop Equiprnent shall be completely screened from eye-level <br />view on contiguous properties and/or adjacent streets. Such <br />equiprrent shall be screened with parapets or other materials <br />similar to and compatible with exterior rnaterials on ttie <br />structure being served. Horizontal or vertical slats of wood <br />material shall not be utilized for this purpose. <br />7. Uther utilities such <br />attached to walls or <br />ensure their property <br />as r-neters and/or air <br />placed on the ground <br />function and facilitate <br />handling equipr�ent <br />shall be located� to <br />easy maintenance. <br />
