<br />Based on our definition of family which states, a family is a
<br />group of not more than four persons, not all related by blood,
<br />marriage, or adoption. Based on that definition, a home for 24
<br />individuals, you would technically have s.ix families, therefore,
<br />you would have to be in a multi-family district which allows at
<br />lEast six dwelling units. I have attached a copy of the
<br />definitions as well as the regulations for residential zoning
<br />districts.
