<br />�� �I�'f ���. .;. and early morning hours. These complaints resulted in the
<br />�''`''�� �restriction of snow plowing at certain shopping centers in areas
<br />I� adjacent to residential property during the hours between 10:00
<br />�� p.m. and 7:00 a.m. We are asking for shopping center
<br />�� owners/managers to cooperatively take steps to minimize noise
<br />, impact on adjacent residential areas. We are asking that each
<br />'� shopping center develop and submit to City staff a specific plan
<br />: to minimize noise impact on adjacent homes. This plan could
<br />contain such activities as not banging gates, disconnecting
<br />• � backup horns and bells, and limiting the hours, where possible,
<br />when snow plowing is done adjacent to residea�tial property,
<br />�
