This problem occurred because parcels of <br />property to the east and west of the Bufton property were a�ded <br />after ihe abstractors list was submitted. As a result of this, <br />it was not possible to provide the proper legal notice of t�� <br />Planning Commission and Council hearings. Therefore, no notic� <br />has been provided. Because thi: matter was referred to �he <br />Planning Commission by the Council for action at the September 7, <br />1988 meeting, it is ne�essary to continue this item until the <br />October 5, 1988 Planning Commission meeting. <br />0 <br />
