• PUBLIC NOTICE <br />NOTICE OF CHANGE OF MEETING LOCATION FOR <br />ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />AUGUST 8, 1.988 MEETING <br />� <br />� <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />The location of the regular meeting of the Roseville City� Council <br />to be held at 7:30 pm. on Wednesday, August 8, 1988 h�s been <br />chanqed from the Roseville City Hall, to the Auditorium at <br />Roseville Area High School West Campus (Ramsey) at 1261 WEst <br />Highway 36. The meeting time and date have not been changed. <br />Public Hearing items for tYiis meeting include: <br />1. Roseville Family Physician's request for sign setback <br />variances at 1901 North Le�ington Avenue. <br />2. Brutger Companies request for a comprehensive plan change <br />from school �o high density residential and low density <br />resider►tial, rezoning irom R-1 to R-3A, sp�cial use permit <br />�'or planned �nit dcvelopment, and a preliminary plat at 24A0 <br />I�orth Dale Street. <br />4. �nlargement of �he City's Tax Yncremen�t Financing Distric� <br />No. 10 within Development �istrict No. 1 and �he adap�ion af <br />a modiFieci Ta� Increment �'inancing Plan.
