The meeting time and d�te have not been changed. <br />Public Hearing items for this meeting include: <br />1. Brutger Companies request for a comprehensive plan change <br />from school to high density residential and low density <br />residential, rezoning from R-1 to R-3A, special use permit <br />for planned unit development, and a preliminary plat at 240� <br />North Dale Street. <br />4.
