The agreed <br />upon procedure was that h��ndicapp�d �ersons should come to <br />the window on the east side of the ticke� baoth (this <br />win�ow is on the same level as the entry of �he s�opping <br />ce�a�ter). United Artists were to insta�l a buzzer at the <br />window so that hand�.c�pped persons could u� promptly <br />h�l.ped. Ticket windor� personnel would tk�en contact an <br />usher to help the handicapped person into the theatre an� <br />dvwn the existing rarap. A copy of kioward Dahlgrens notes <br />from that me�eting arE� attached. Community Developm�nt <br />Department staff has sent a l�tter to Welsh And the <br />theatre m�nager reminciing them of the agreed upon <br />procedures. <br />C�ossroad� Ramp L�ghtina <br />Community Development Dep<�r�tment staff has reviewed the <br />approvals for the project and determined that there w�s no <br />specified light�.ng level in any of the approvals. The <br />approval required that a security plan be submitted ior <br />approval by the police chief. The approved security plan <br />does ne�t cover lighting, however.
