The p.lat was tabled for several months whi��i <br />allowed the developers t�ln� ta s��cure necessary center line street <br />gradients and consider suggested ��ha.nges in lot line arrangementss <br />The plat �as now submit+,ed has 2!� lc�ts� 11 of which ar� owned by <br />Mr. Anderson and 1,� of which are ohrned by Mr. Tolstad. You will note <br />that the house located on Lot 7, I31k. 2' is constructed within 10 feet <br />of the south lot line.
