However, surface drainage studies <br />indicate that spe�ial precautions should be followed. <br />C3n Int 3, Block 2, there is low land which now collects water from the <br />are� ..after develc�pment of the area, it would be undesirable to retain <br />thls lot for s�;or�,ge of storm waters. It is necessary that overflow <br />ri.ghts be obtaiined �o drain this water 1;o the north across Int � J <br />Bl�ek 3� F�sewood (now vacant) to So�zth Rpsewood Lane. From this point, <br />it will dra.in along the street to its ultimate disposal poin�. <br />Prior to the development of tl�e area and streets, a 15" pipe line should <br />be construeted by the developera from a point on thE north side of I7raper <br />and at the wes�; prop�rty line of' this loi:, northward to i�s junction at <br />South Ros�wood La.ne (North Side), with the necessary appurtenances to <br />turn the f 1ow of water to the east. <br />I recommend tha� this plat be denied on the above basis.
