Waldro� <br />Energy Resource Cente Fnerg� Loan Program <br />Attached is a summary regarcling th�e energy resource center <br />deferred loan pro�ram. This program was initially targeted for <br />Moundsvi�w and Little Canada, howe�er, it was xequested �hat the <br />ERC ex�and it's effort to other areas in Ramsey County. It is <br />interesting to note, that Roseville, even though not included as <br />one of,the original ci�ies, has made the m�st use of �the grogx�am. <br />The second application was approved by the CDBG committee Mar�h <br />21st, for an additional $150,0�0. A special condition wa� placed <br />on the approval, that would encQurage the ERC to work with the <br />par�icipating municipalities in terms of marl�eting the program. <br />This is particularl� appropriate for 12oseville in light of our <br />new public information �osition. <br />
