Waldron � <br />SUB.TECT: Energy Resource Cente Energy Loan Program <br />Attached is a sum�nary regarding the energy resource center <br />deferred loan program. This program was initially targeted for <br />Moundsview and Little Canada, however, it was requested that the <br />ERC expand it's effort to other areas in Ramsey County. It is <br />interesting to note, that Roseville, even though not included as <br />one of the original cities, has made the most use of the program. <br />The second application was approved by the CDBG committee March <br />21st, for an additional $150,000. A special condition was placed <br />on the approval, that would encourage �the ERC to work with the <br />participating municipalities in terms of marketing the program. <br />This is par�icularly appropriate for Roseville in light of our <br />new public information position. <br />
