After handling all negotiations �or <br />the two r�cent assemblages in Roseville, the 1.9 properties now <br />Rosedale Commons and t-.he 22 prop�rti�s for �he Pavilion Place <br />addition, I believe this is a job I raould be very camf�rtable <br />with. <br />It's l�een my ex�er.•ience that assemblage acquisitians such as this <br />r�quire a specia.�. understanding and patience, as well a�s a <br />cammitment to finish the job, a�d, above all, a cancern for tk�� <br />welfare of all parties involved. <br />I would be happy t�o undertake the job of representzng the City in <br />negatia�ing the purchases of these properties. In return I w�ould <br />ask for an agreement calling for a brokerage fe� of six percent <br />(6%) of the sale price to be paid by tre City. <br />I'm prepared to begin work immediately.
