Waldron " <br />g � <br />��� <br />Update of Community Development Systems <br />Approximately 1-1/2 year ago, the Community Development <br />Department developed a number of systems to insure that projects <br />were carried out pursuant to the original approvals. It is my <br />opinion that the new systems are working, and I have attached a <br />memorandum from Rick that underscores that point. <br />Essentially, through utilizing systems that requires tl�e Planning <br />and Zoning Administrator to sign off on all permits and <br />Certificates of Occupancy, we w�re able to catch any deviations <br />that occurred. As you will note, in a number of instances, <br />Certificates of Occupancy and permit� have had to be held up <br />until all final conditions wer� m��. <br />
