Lexington Project. <br />Discussions were held concerning <br />exterior building <br />rnat��ia�.s, design of �ri� �ommercial �°mscre n al� q�tYae�wes� <br />and the d�sign of the berm landscap <br />edge of the project. City staff, in the plan review process <br />found that the developer was pr4pos�ng to eliminate some <br />bxick �nd su.bstituted concre�te block and al�zminum siding. <br />The developer was informed that this wouldltnot be approvedn <br />of the approved �lan and that thi <br />
