Roseville currently <br />has a�nunicipal development district which has been d�fined as <br />municipal development district #1. Z'hat particular district <br />encompasses approximately 2/3 of the City of Roseville. Within <br />that particular district, the City currently has 12 tax increment <br />financing distri�ts. You have previously received a letter from <br />our finance director discussing the anticipated surplus situation <br />that the City envisions with respect to these 12 districts. The <br />�unds from all of these districts are ��pooled'� within municipal <br />development district #1.
