Waldron <br />Lexington School Site <br />I had the opportunity to meet with Jerry Kaufhold regarding the <br />Lexington School site as well as his auction operation. He had <br />informed me that he is thinking about putting up a fence to <br />preclude recreational activities extending into his area. <br />Kaufhold told us that it was his understanding that you were <br />going to put up some signs and he is quite concerned that this <br />has not been done. In addition, he is more than willing to sell <br />the City another acre to facilitate the use of the softball <br />field. You may want to follow up with Jerry as he did appear <br />upset regarding the sign situation. <br />0 <br />
