I had the opportunity to meet with Jerry Kaufhold and was <br />subsequently informed that he has sold Roseville Galleries. <br />We are currently working with him to find an alternative <br />site. <br />2. With respect to Lexington School, Kaufhold has informed me <br />that the primary interest is from a Hmong organization which <br />would like to use the facility for a Community School and <br />Cultural Center. In addition, Holiday Gas Stations is also <br />interested in developing a storE on the site. <br />3. Kaufh�ld informed me that he has not heard from any church <br />representatives on the property, thus it appears that the <br />individuals that you and I had met with, have not discussed <br />the church potential with Mr. Kaufhold. If they are indeed <br />interested, they should make contact as soon as possible. <br />
