The RFP defines the service standards and specifications and proposal <br />requirements of the Comprehensive Recycling Program for the City of <br />Roseville. <br />For the purpose of this RFP, the City of Roseville has identified 9,361 <br />Residential Dwelling Units, defined as single unit dwellings, duplexes, <br />triplexes, four-plexes and townhomes. These units will be serviced as Single <br />unit dwellings (SUD's) as specified herein. The City has identified 6,112 <br />Multi -unit dwellings (MUD'S) as detailed in Exhibit B, defined as units in 5 <br />or more unit buildings or mobile home parks. These units will be serviced as <br />multi -units, as specified herein. The City has allowed faith organizations <br />and small businesses that have similar recyclables composition to SUD's, to <br />opt into the recycling program. There are 12 additional locations with a total <br />of 19, 96 gallon carts. The City will allow other organizations and small <br />businesses to opt -in to the recycling program, as long as the composition of <br />materials is similar. <br />2.
