Ratings will be compiled to create and average <br />score that will be included in the evaluation. <br />It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their Notification of <br />Intent and References are received by the City. <br />10.05. How to Submit Proposals <br />Proposal shall be submitted to the Administration Department Office <br />at City Hall no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, July 31, 2013, <br />in a sealed envelope with the name of the proposing company on the <br />outside and addressed as follows: <br />Enclosed: Recycling Services Proposal. <br />c/o Kari Collins <br />Administrative Assistant <br />City of Roseville, City Hall <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Proposals will be treated in accordance with Mn. Statutes 13.591, <br />Subdivision 3 (b), Data Practices Act. <br />Six written, hard copies of the proposal and all attachments shall be <br />submitted. An electronic copy of the proposal must be submitted on a <br />compact disk (or suitable alternative disk format) inside the sealed <br />envelope. The proposal file must be formatted in Microsoft WORD. <br />10.06. Assumptions to be Used for Proposals <br />The City shall use following assumptions for purposes of evaluating <br />all proposals on the same basis: <br />• Annual recyclable tonnage collected curbside under the City <br />contract = 2,900 tons per year <br />• Annual recyclable tonnage collected at Multi Family <br />Complexes under the City contract = 590 tons per year <br />• Single family dwellings and other households that receive <br />curbside service using curbside bins = 9,611 housing units <br />• Multifamily dwelling buildings that will receive MFD type <br />of service = 5,910 housing units at 94 locations <br />46 <br />
