<br />E. Industrial: Industrial dumpsters, trash, and trash handling equipment within the Light <br />Industrial District (11), General Industrial District (12), Modified General Industrial <br />District (12A), and Industrial Planned Unit Developments (I-PUD) shall comply with <br />Section 1010.11 D or be a self-contained ram container attached to the exterior of a <br />principal structure, used for the purpose of storing and transporting refuse or <br />recyclable materials, and shall be fully screened so as to be as inconspicuous as <br />possible to the contiguous public right-of-way. Screening may be either a fence <br />and/or landscaping and must be approved by the City. <br /> <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
