Staff has been trained on the new pumps and <br /> controls. <br /> • Final site work will be completed the week of April 25. <br /> • Twin Lakes Parkway <br /> • Extension of Twin Lakes Parkway from Prior Ave to Fairview Ave. <br /> • Crews have begun removing trees and existing pavement for the new road <br /> alignment. <br /> • Starting week of April 25, crews will begin installing watermain. <br /> ■ Fairview Avenue at Terrace Avenue will be closed April 25 & 26 for a <br /> water main connection. <br /> • 35W & Cleveland Interchange <br /> • Improved intersection improvements at 35W and Cleveland Avenue. <br /> • Major work is ongoing on the northbound lanes. <br /> ■ Retaining wall and storm sewer have been installed <br /> ■ Crews will begin sub cutting the road week of April 25. <br /> • Capital Region—Upper Villa Reuse and Infiltration Project <br /> • Installation of an underground system on Upper Villa Park behind the B-Dale <br /> Club. <br /> ■ All work is expected to be completed April 22. <br /> ■ City crews will mill and overlay the remaining parking lot the week of <br /> April 25. <br /> • 2016 Sewer Lining Project <br /> • The contractor, Insituform, began sewer cleaning and televising on March 7 <br /> • Sewer lining has begun throughout the City. <br /> • 2016 Pavement Management Project <br /> • City's annual mill and overlay project. This year approximately 7 miles of roads <br /> will be repaved <br /> • Council awarded the project to T.A. Schifsky & Sons on April 11 <br /> • Work is expected to begin May 2. <br /> • Heinel Watermain Lining Project <br /> • Project is being advertised and is scheduled to be awarded on May 23. <br /> • Cleveland Lift Station <br /> • Lift station replacement project at Cleveland & Brenner. <br /> • Council awarded a design services contract to Bolten-Meek. <br />
